AintMail reads your Gmail and Outlook inboxes, read-only, and keeps one ledger of what needs you: replies you owe, replies you’re waiting on, bills to pay, deliveries on the way and money a company owes you back.
People waiting on an answer from you, most pressing first, with the reason each one made the list.
Questions you asked that nobody has answered, with a nudge ready when it’s been too long.
Invoices, renewals and documents to sign. Paid bills drop off on their own when the receipt arrives.
What you bought, where it is, and the last day to return it.
Refunds and credits a company promised, when they’re due, and a polite chase when they’re late.
What renews when, what it costs, and a link to cancel. Mailing lists you never read, cleared in one click.
With your permission, AintMail uses Google’s gmail.readonly scope or Microsoft’s Mail.Read permission. We read:
Email text is stored encrypted, only to show you your own conversations and decisions. You can turn that off per inbox, which erases the text already kept. Optional AI features (paid plans, and only if you agree) send the subject, sender and a short preview to an AI service that processes it only for us and doesn’t train on it.
AintMail’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You can download everything we hold, disconnect an inbox (which erases what we kept from it) or delete your account at any time. Full details are in the privacy policy.
